Completed in 2024, Villa Thalias was designed with the belief that luxury is found in comfort, space and attention to detail rather than excess.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests in four beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms. Spacious indoor and outdoor living areas flow naturally together, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and welcoming.
Guests can enjoy a fully equipped European kitchen, a generous dining area, beautifully landscaped gardens, multiple outdoor relaxation spaces, and a rooftop retreat designed for quiet evenings under the tropical sky.
Every bedroom is also equipped with its own projector, 100-inch screen and Samsung soundbar, allowing guests to enjoy a private cinema experience without leaving the comfort of their room.
A Freshwater Pool Experience Unlike Any Other
One of the defining features of Villa Thalias is its unique freshwater swimming pools.
Unlike conventional pools that rely on chlorine or salt systems, both our indoor and outdoor pools use advanced freshwater treatment technology, providing crystal-clear water that is gentle on the skin, eyes and hair.
Whether you begin your morning with a peaceful swim or unwind in the evening beneath the stars, the experience is designed to be both refreshing and relaxing.

Adults-Only Private Retreat
Villa Thalias is exclusively for guests aged 18 and above. For the comfort, privacy and tranquillity of all our guests, children and pets are not accommodated.
Your Stay Includes Utilities
There are no additional charges for electricity or water during your stay. Simply relax and enjoy your holiday without worrying about metered utility costs.
Security Deposit & Final Cleaning
A THB 10,000 security deposit is required in cash upon check-in.
A THB 2,000 final cleaning fee per stay will be deducted from the security deposit after check-out. The remaining balance will be returned provided there are no damages, missing items or additional charges.
Flexible Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Whenever the villa is available, we are pleased to offer complimentary early check-in or late check-out during our service hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
For arrivals or departures outside these hours, a THB 800 service fee applies and will be deducted from the security deposit.
Daily Housekeeping Included
Daily housekeeping is provided for 2 hours each day (normally 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM) to help keep the villa fresh and comfortable throughout your stay.
Pool Care
To maintain the exceptional quality of our freshwater pools, please do not introduce drinks, food, oils or any foreign substances into the water. Additional cleaning or restoration costs resulting from misuse may be charged where necessary.
