Payment & Refund Policy

     Thank you for booking at Villa Thalias / Hua Hin.

     The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 

Payment Methods

To provide a smooth and secure booking experience, we offer the following payment options for our guests.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit / Debit Cards – Major international credit and debit cards are accepted and securely processed through Stripe.

PayPal – A trusted global payment platform that allows fast and secure online transactions.

All payments are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways to ensure the protection of your financial information.

Important Notice for Last-Minute Bookings

For reservations made within 15 days of the check-in date, we strongly recommend selecting PayPal as your payment method.

Card payments processed through Stripe may occasionally require additional time for bank authorization and confirmation. In some cases, the payment may remain pending for several days. If the payment is not confirmed in time, the reservation system may automatically cancel the booking.

To avoid this risk, PayPal is recommended for last-minute bookings, as payment confirmation is typically immediate and helps ensure that your reservation is secured without delay.

Your Booking Cancellation Rights

     In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

     We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation.  The funds will be returned to the same payment method that you used during your booking payment. 

Conditions for Cancellation

     In order for the Booking to be eligible for a cancellation, please make sure that:

  • Date of cancellation request is more than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date.
  • 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. 

     The following Bookings cannot be cancelled:

  • Date of cancellation request is less than 30 days away from check-in date cannot be refunded.
  • Limited promotions
  • Bookings made on third party services cannot be cancelled from here.

     We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any booking that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
