This Payment & Refund Policy explains the payment procedures, cancellation terms, refund conditions and promotional discounts applicable to reservations made directly with Villa Thalias through our official website or by contacting us directly.

Please read this policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

The required payment has been successfully received.
Villa Thalias has issued a written booking confirmation.

Until your booking has been confirmed, accommodation availability cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Methods

For direct bookings, we currently accept payments through:

Credit & Debit Cards
Stripe
PayPal

Additional payment methods may be available upon request and are subject to prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation terms apply:

More than 45 days before arrival	Full Refund
14–45 days before arrival	50% Refund
Less than 14 days before arrival	No Refund
No-show	No Refund

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

The effective cancellation date will be the date on which your written cancellation request is received by Villa Thalias.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that the final amount received may vary due to payment processing fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations applied by your payment provider or financial institution. These charges are outside the control of Villa Thalias and are not refundable by us.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Promotional Discounts

Villa Thalias offers the following promotional discounts for eligible direct bookings.

Promotion	Eligibility	Discount
Weekly Stay	7 consecutive nights or more	7%
Monthly Stay	28 consecutive nights or more	15%
Early Booking	Book at least 60 days before arrival	5%

If more than one promotion is available for your selected stay, the promotion providing the greatest benefit will be applied.

Promotional discounts cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated.

Direct Reservations

Best Available Direct Booking Benefits

Booking directly with Villa Thalias gives you access to our best available direct booking offers, together with any eligible promotional discounts available at the time of booking.

Direct reservations also allow you to communicate directly with our team before your arrival, making it easier to discuss transportation arrangements, special requests or any questions regarding your stay.

Policy Updates

Villa Thalias may update this Payment & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operational requirements or applicable laws.

Any revised version becomes effective immediately upon publication on this website.
