Adults-Only Private Retreat
Villa Thalias is exclusively for guests aged 18 and above. For the comfort, privacy and tranquillity of all our guests, children and pets are not accommodated.

Your Stay Includes Utilities
There are no additional charges for electricity or water during your stay. Enjoy your stay without worrying about metered utility costs.

Security Deposit & Final Cleaning
A THB 10,000 security deposit is required in cash upon check-in.

A THB 2,000 final cleaning fee per stay will be deducted from the security deposit after check-out.

The remaining balance will be returned after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items or other charges incurred during the stay.

Check-in & Check-out
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM may be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to the villa's availability and the arrival or departure schedule of other guests.

For check-in or check-out outside our regular service hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, an THB 800 service fee applies and will be deducted from the security deposit.

Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out. We will be happy to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Daily Housekeeping Included
Daily housekeeping is included in your stay for 2 hours per day, normally from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Our housekeeping team can also assist with reasonable requests during their service hours.

Your Villa, Entirely Private
Your booking includes exclusive use of the entire Villa Thalias. All bedrooms, living spaces, pools and villa facilities are private and reserved exclusively for your group throughout your stay.
