More things to keep in mind
- Villa Thalias is exclusively for adult guests (+18) and doesn’t accommodate children or pets . This policy is designed to ensure a refined and relaxing stay.
- To ensure hygiene and pool maintenance, it is strictly to pour any liquids or foreign substances into the fresh water of both swimming pools. Failure to comply with this rule may result in cleaning and restoration costs charged to the guest.
- Electricity and water are not included in the price. Electricity is THB 7 pr. kWh and Water is THB 60 pr. m3.
- Final cleaning and linen washing fee of Thb 4,000 is required cash at check-in to ensure the property is maintained for future guests.
- The guest can access all parts of Village common areas and you will be able to enjoy the entire place with all the privacy you need.
