Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the house rules in place at our VILLA THALIAS.

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.

• Check in time : from 15:00 pm to 18:00PM (please keep us informed about your estimated timed arrival)

• Check out time : until 11:00 am

• CHECK IN ONLINE : Please complete the online check in into this Guest App for each person occupying the villa and include a photo of a valid identity document

• Villa Thalias is exclusively for adult guests (18+) and does not accommodate children or pets.

• Electricity & water are not included in the price. Electricity is THB 7/kWh and Water is THB 60m3. A deposit of Thb 5.000/week and/or part of it is required at check-in by cash or remittance. The debit or credit will be made in accordance with the meter readings at the end of your stay. Pictures of meters will be sent you at check in and check out.

• INDOOR/OUTDOOR Swimming Pools: Guests are strictly prohibited from using soap, bath products, or any other additives/liquids in both private pools. To ensure hygiene and pool maintenance, it is strictly forbidden to throw any liquids or foreign substances into the fresh water of both swimming pools. Failure to comply with this rule may result in cleaning and restoration costs charged to the guest by insurance's application.

• Special Policy for All Bedrooms: Each bedroom is equipped with a high-definition projector, retractable screen, and surround sound system. All equipment is pre-set and ready for use. Please treat these delicate systems with the utmost care to ensure their functionality remains optimal for all visitors.

• Smoking is NOT allowed into all Villa

• DAILY Housekeeping/maintenance service: 6 days a week for 2 hours each day (10:00am - 12:00am) from Monday to Saturday (Sunday & Thai national holidays are excluded) . In case you’ll not want the housekeeping to some specific bedrooms , just notice the cleaning team is enough.

• After 10pm, please do not talk loudly outside. We live in a very quiet village. Even private conversations can disturb the neighbors.

• Take off your shoes

• EXTRA SERVICE proposed can’t be guaranteed under peak season and over 5 days before check in date

• Rooms in excess of the number of people booked will remain closed and not accessible during the stay, to ensure a personalized experience and optimal use of the spaces. The villa is prepared based on the number of guests included in the booking.

In case of any accidental damage, pls inform immediately us or our maid and we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.
